Big Cypress F-Troop!
Hey everyone! We have planned a F-Troop along the Big Cypress National Preserve section of the trail for March 25 through the 30th. This is one of the most beautiful sections of the trail and we will be doing our best to complete maintenance of 20+ miles between HWY 41 and I-75. This F-Troop is unlike any before, in that the volunteers will be split into six different teams for thw week. These teams, ranging from fully mobile backpacking crews, to day crews. All teams will be working towards personalized goals and together, with the help from mother nature we can reach our ultimate goal. A wholehearted thank you is extended to the Park Service and all of you dilligent volunteers, without you this project would not be possible. We have put a lot of planning into this project and the way it is set up we have unfortunatly had to set a cap of 20 volunteers. The spots are filling fast so please contact us as soon as possible if you are interested. We are really excited for you to come and join us in this breathtaking and remote section of the trail.
